Stanhope Mews East runs north of Stanhope Gardens up to Cromwell Road.

It contains a mixture of brick and painted mews houses of either two or three floors. Many of them have roof gardens with trellis fencing and built in garages. Most of them are brick although some are painted.

There is a large arched entrance at the northern end abutting the Cromwell Road.
